For local and regional businesses

Put Your Name Where the Community Gathers.

Sponsoring sideline shade can give your business repeated, community-visible presence while helping a local program fund equipment it uses every season.

Why it can work

Community presence with a practical purpose

A sponsored shade structure is functional equipment first. When a school or venue approves a sponsorship, your branding can appear on equipment that serves athletes, staff, and guests at real local events.

Repeated local visibility

Your name appears at the events where local families already gather, week after week.

Supports local programs

Your sponsorship can help a school or venue fund practical equipment its athletes and guests use.

You control the agreement

Scope, categories, artwork, timing, and cost are agreed between you and the organization—not set by Podium Shades.

Actual visibility depends on the organization’s events, policies, and the agreement you reach.

The process

How introductions work

  1. 1

    Share your market and audience

Tell us the communities, programs, and audience you want to reach and the budget you are considering.

  2. 2

We look for a suitable organization

Podium Shades is collecting interest from schools, colleges, and venues. If a potentially suitable match is identified, we contact you first.

  3. 3

    Both sides approve the introduction

Your contact details are not shared with an organization unless you approve the specific introduction.

  4. 4

You and the organization agree the sponsorship

Pricing, benefits, artwork, and term are negotiated directly between you and the school or venue.

Podium Shades does not take a percentage of sponsorship revenue and is not a party to your agreement with the organization. Sponsorship opportunities, categories, artwork, and placement are subject to the policies and approvals of the applicable school, district, college, conference, athletic department, and venue.

Register interest

Tell us where you want to be seen.

Share your target market, industry, audience, and planning budget. We will use those details to understand the kind of local opportunity you are looking for and, where a suitable organization has registered interest, explore a possible introduction.

FAQ

Questions from advertisers

Is a sponsorship guaranteed?

No. Registering interest does not guarantee a match, an introduction, or a sponsorship. Introductions depend on finding a suitable organization whose audience and policies fit your goals.

Who sets the sponsorship price?

You and the organization negotiate pricing, benefits, artwork, and term directly. Podium Shades supplies the shade equipment and may help make an introduction; it is not a party to your sponsorship agreement.

Who approves the advertising?

The school, district, college, or venue approves sponsor categories, artwork, and placement under its own policies. Podium Shades prints approved graphics on the equipment canopy.

What does Podium Shades charge advertisers?

Podium Shades does not take a percentage of sponsorship revenue. Its revenue comes from the sale of the shade equipment. Any introduction is intended to help both sides explore a fit.
