Sponsorship for schools and venues

Explore Sponsorship That Could Help Fund Your Shade System.

Use an existing sponsor or register interest in a local introduction. Your organization owns the equipment and controls its sponsorship agreement.

Two paths

How sponsorship can fit your program

A sponsor may fund part or all of the equipment purchase. The amount, timing, benefits, and any additional funds for your program are agreed directly between your organization and the sponsor. Podium Shades supplies the equipment and does not take a percentage of sponsorship revenue.

Bring your own advertiser

Already work with a local business? Purchase the equipment and arrange your own sponsorship. Printed graphics can be included in the equipment quote, and your organization controls the agreement.

Register interest in an introduction

We are collecting interest from organizations and advertisers. If a potentially suitable match is identified, we can help make an introduction. Registering does not guarantee funding or a match.

Sponsorship is optional. Sponsor funding and introductions depend on a suitable match and an agreement between the organization and advertiser. For qualifying sponsored equipment orders, the initial printed vinyl canopy is included in the agreed equipment quote; future design changes and replacement graphics are paid by the school or sponsor under their arrangement.

Explore an Illustrative Sponsorship Range

Use event attendance and potential sponsor benefits to explore a planning scenario. This is an estimate for discussion, not an offer or confirmed sponsorship value.

Event attendance totals are cumulative opportunities, not unique people or verified views of a canopy advertisement. Livestream availability does not guarantee that sponsor graphics appear on camera.

Question 1 of 10

Questions 9–10 optional

For example, football home games or the home events with the strongest sideline audience.

Include other sports, camps, tournaments, practices, youth events, alumni events, and community events only if the shades will actually be visible to spectators or participants.

5. Event visibility and media exposure
6. What sponsor recognition could your organization reasonably include?
7. Is category exclusivity available to the sponsor?

For example, one approved banking, healthcare, automotive, restaurant, insurance, or home-services partner.

9. Local sponsorship market (optional)

Select the closest description of the business market around your school, college, or venue.

10. Sponsorship term (optional)

Longer commitments may modestly increase total package value, but annual rates should remain practical for local sponsors.

Why Year-Round Use Matters

Football may be the starting point, but a shade structure can create additional sponsor visibility when it is deployed at other approved events. Soccer, lacrosse, baseball, softball, track and field, youth camps, tournaments, band events, alumni events, and community programs can all add to the value of a sponsorship package—when the sponsor’s branding remains visible and the use is permitted by the organization.

More event days

Repeated use may create more sponsor visibility throughout the year.

More audiences

Different sports and events can reach different families, students, alumni, and local customers.

More package flexibility

A sponsor may value year-round recognition more than a single-season display.

Who does what

Clear responsibilities from the start

Podium Shades

Supplies the equipment and optional introductions between interested organizations and advertisers.

Your organization

Approves and manages the sponsorship: categories, artwork, pricing, and fulfillment.

The advertiser

Agrees to the sponsorship and pays under its agreement with your organization.

Sponsorship opportunities, advertiser categories, artwork, placement, pricing, and agreements are subject to the policies and approvals of the applicable school, district, college, conference, athletic department, and venue. Podium Shades provides the shade structure and optional introductions; each organization is responsible for its own sponsor approvals, agreements, and compliance.
